Since Steam changed owners, it feels like a completely new restaurant—and the food is absolutely delicious! It’s unfortunate that reviews from the previous ownership are still weighing down their rating, because the new menu, staff, and food are all fantastic.
The tofu lettuce cups, Szechuan dumplings, scallion pancakes, and bamboo-fired fish are absolute must-tries. And definitely ask for extra dumpling sauce—it’s amazing for dipping the fish!
