I had a really enjoyable experience! The oysters were delicious! Incredibly fresh. I had the OMG lobster roll. They give you the butter on the side so it doesn’t make the roll all mushy until you want to put it on. The lobster bisque was a pretty large bowl and fantastic. The view is beautiful and there are lots of tables.
Parking: Lots of parking. Even when crowded, people are in and out.

This was our 2nd time going to Abbott's and they didn't disappoint either time! Great food, great atmosphere! I also love the outside seating, which includes seating on the pier.
She got a 1 ½ lb lobster dinner and I got the 2 lb Select lobster dinner. I also had the clear broth-based chowder and she also ordered 2 lb steamed clams.
When in the area, and even if you're not, you should definitely try Abbott's for fantastic seafood! We actually drove from Misquamicut Beach to Abbott's, because no one on the beach (not even at Block Island!) had lobster dinners on their menus...at the ocean!!!
We were extremely happy to hear that Abbott's had the exact seafood we were looking for. For those wondering, it's about a 35 minute drive to Abbott's from Misquamicut Beach.

We made this our last stop on our trip to Mystic. I have seen this place on food shows and everyone says they have the best lobster roll. Check hours of operation before coming. Right now they have fall hours which are Friday through Sunday 11am to 7pm. Last day of the season is Columbus Day. They have a lot of parking, however, we came in October. I am going to assume the parking lot gets very crowded in the summer for their busy season.
It’s not fancy by any means. It’s a lobster shack with great outdoor seating and great food. You can sit on the dock or waterfront seating. There is seating indoors also. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the employees saw me taking a picture of the lobster tank and took one out so I can get a better picture. I didn’t ask, he offered which was very nice. He estimated it to be about 5 pounds.
The food was great. I started with lobster bisque. Very good price and delicious. My only criticism is that it did not have pieces of lobster chunks. Any great lobster bisque that I’ve had in the past has always had it. I also had the crab cakes. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. Also a very good price for two crab cakes. Finally I got to the lobster roll. When ordering, remember there are three different sizes. I mistakenly ordered the smaller one which I regretted later. It was hot and buttery when I got it. The butter dripped down into the plate as I took a bite. I don’t know if I would say it’s the best I’ve I ever had, but it’s right up there. The overall experience was great. A wonderful way to end our trip to Mystic. I highly recommend coming here.

Food was very good but the outdoor dining on the water was so enjoyable we will definitely be back next summer. Service was outstanding, friendly and efficient.

The shrimp and roasted corn chowder was very delicious. However the "famous lobster roll" and "very special mussells" were lacking in both quantity and flavor. Lobster roll came on a small hamburger bun and lobster was a very small potion with no flavor....over steamed / boiled ?? A big disappointment considering the price tag of a little over $51. Great atmosphere being on the water's edge. Service was acceptable, however I won't be going back to this restaurant.
Parking: Free parking but does get full quickly.

Food fresh bag frozen but a nice place to eat and watch the boats. Fish and chips should not be on the menu, chowder out of a can and everything is prob out of a frozen bag. But it has an amazing view
