Never have any complaints whenever I order from here.
My food was delicious. However, I have one suggestion, and an observation. First, back off on the sugar. My beans were sweet, ribs too sweet, the Chinese restaurants around here have taken to adding so much sugar, it doesn’t even taste savory, only sweet. Beef up on the black bean sauce, throw in some hoisin, don’t be afraid to season it. Chinese First Wok offers a quick and pleasant takeout experience. The food is prepared promptly, and the staff is friendly. The soup comes with a generous amount of tasty wontons, and the boneless spare ribs are savory and tender. The pork fried rice could use more vegetables and pork, while the wings are crunchy and satisfying. The yellow fried rice is decent, but the pork egg foo young and dumplings with ginger sauce truly shine. Despite a modest seating area, Chinese First Wok provides a good dining option.
