I go to this Popeyes about once a week. I think it has recently changed management or ownership, because things have gotten worse. It was already a low bar with poor customer service and orders being wrong all the time. But I could always count on spicy tenders and sweet tea. Well, not anymore. Spicy takes an extra 5-10 minutes and they served me hot watered down tea the last trip. Very disappointed!
I use to go to the new London location but we went to this Popeyes today for the first time. It was pretty good! No complaints..it was clean good was good but The best part of the experience was the server Amaya she was the most friendliest and attentive server. Her customer service was amazing would come back just because of how she treated me my father and baby son.Parking: The parking lot sucks lol

A wonderful experience with their service on Long Hill Rd, Groton. Both team members took care of my walk in take out order with efficiency and care. ?Parking: It will be tight if they are busy with walk in consumers, but you can always park in the lot next to their location or across the street and use the cross Walk to come over.
