Had a great experience from the moment me and my daughter walked in till we left. Extremely awesome service really friendly and the manager went out of his way to be extremely polite and talked to both me and my daughter.
I've gone to this Popeye's a few times, and they have about a 75% success rate when it comes to getting my order correct.
Today, ordered a $6 meal deal at the drive thru - four strips, biscuit, and two sides. When I sat down and opened the box, I realized they hadn't given me the biscuit. I wasn't thrilled, but the biscuits lately, at least around lunch, have been stale/overcooked and hard, so I probably didn't miss much.

Generally a very positive experience here. Most recently, I ordered on the app a special for tenders advertised ON THE APP.Got to the parking lot and the app. then said the offer was unavailable. No explanation. Went inside and after very confusing attempts at explanation by 2 employees ( we don’t have the tenders, our cash register not programmed to accept the offer) - they finally admitted they just have decided not to participate in the offer.
