About Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers delicious and fresh on-the-go food options, including a new tasty al pastor chicken dish. The restaurant has friendly and kind staff, though wait times can vary. The drive-through moves incredibly slowly, and orders are often missing utensils and napkins. Pick-up inside can be chaotic, with orders frequently placed in the wrong spot. The preparation area is messy, with food and condiment spills. They often run out of items like brisket, black beans, guacamole, and peppers/onions. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day, but spots usually open up within 5 minutes. Despite the issues, some staff members, like Kyrie, provide excellent service. The overall experience is decent, and the small parking lot is shared with another establishment.
