Let's be clear, it's FAST FOOD, not a gourmet restaurant, so have realistic expectations. Also, I typically use the drive through, but I have been inside a couple times. I don't review off one visit. We all have good and bad days.With all that being said, this is probably the best AND most consistent Wendy's I've been to in CT. I go to this location maybe once a week, on my way to work. I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon. Apon walking in the restaurant was very smoky, like they burnt something. It was definitely visible. Service was pore, the cashier was nice but lacked customer service abilities. She stood there forever before asking to take my order, she kept conversation with another customer while i tried to say my order. It was very rude. Older gray haired women.
