From start to finish my experience with Cascade was nothing short of perfect! Silvana and her whole team did an amazing job accommodating all of our requests and making the vision for our wedding a reality! The day went off without a hitch. Everything looked beautiful and the food was delicious! I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Cascade.

The apps brought to the photo area was a selection of 4 out of the 8 picked. Missing apps that we picked, guests were not offered the selection we picked, apps were missing. Staff missed rehearsal appointment and couldn’t even email to let us know. We were told by Jess if we had any questions let her know. While I appreciated that, I have never spoken with her, we dealt with Silvana and she didn’t have the decency to email or call us that she wouldn’t be at our rehearsal that SHE set up. Telling me we would go over everything at rehearsal and then not showing up was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We explained to Jess where our favors and stuff was going to go but she was not there the morning of the wedding so groom was setting up our favors table before the wedding. Wait staff did not follow requests, interrupted the groom as he was being called to dance with his mother. Then she asked bride and groom what to do next. We didn’t not make the itinerary, Cascade did. Therefore the staff should have known what was happening. Photographer and DJ literally took over the wedding to keep it flowing since cascade staff was nowhere to be found. Wait staff criticized our guests for drinking and having to use the bathroom before we were introduced. Absolutely rude and unacceptable! She then YELLED at a guest because they were not sitting down as we were entering. She did not open doors at the same time for bride and groom to walk through upon entrance so groom had to walk in behind the bride. Did not pack up our cake, we had to send a guest down after we were in the limo to ask for our cake. Overall we were treated like a low class wedding while they juggled another wedding upstairs that brought in more money than us. My dj and photographer were also treated poorly by Silvana and other staff. Gratuity was $800 and the only ones who deserved any of it were a couple of servers and bartender. While the grounds were pretty it does not trump how we and our guests were treated.

My daughter got married at Cascade a month ago. The wedding was so beautiful, everything I imagined came true. We were super impressed by the hospitality that was given to our guests. Everything was perfect and well organized. The food was amazing, it was more than we expected. I will totally refer any friends and family to hire Cascade’s for any event. Thank you, Cascade’s, for your wonderful staff. I also want to recognize wedding planner Silvana; she was truly THE BEST!! She was very kind, patient & attentive. We loved her and so did everyone else.

In February of this year, my church had a very important event for 250 people from the community. We ordered the food for the event from Cascade Fine Catering, and we were not wrong, the experience was excellent!! From the service and attention from Silvana, the food was delicious, fresh and hot, everyone liked it and there was plenty of food for everyone and there was even some to take away. I recommend this catering service to everyone, and I will definitely order again for our next events. Thank you, Silvana, for your excellent services!!

For years I helped host an annual ball for adults with disabilities at another venue. When it closed, we followed Silvana to Cascades because she is so wonderful to work with and makes all of the accomodations we need. Cascades is a beautiful venue, very accessible, and Silvana makes the entire process seamless and easy.

Working with Silvana was an absolute breeze, and their all inclusive packaging made planning so much easier. We used the Garden Room, and the pergola outside was where our beautiful ceremony took place. Highly recommend!

From the day we first went to visit Cascade we knew this is where we would be getting married. The venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor options, and the chandeliers in the ballroom are simply breathtaking. Silvana was outstanding since day one, guiding us through every step of the planning process. She was always available to answer our questions, which was incredibly helpful since we were planning from out of state. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was exceptional. A beautiful venue, fantastic team and delicious food. Everything was absolutely perfect!

I attended a celebration of life party, they weren't even ready for the guest, setting up and guest arriving at the same time.
The glasses (drinking) on the table was dirty and dusty. Silverware was hit or miss
The food presentation was horrible, not sure what kind of chicken it was but was not appealing at all. Stuffed sole very fishy. The vegetables (string beans and squash) tasty but very cold. Was not happy at all.
