“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

I thought I had seen everything possible on a pizza but there pizza topping combos were different, fresh and above all, delicious. “Bourassa went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. The communication and planning was thorough and organized and made sure nothing went unaccounted for. The tasting was incredible with some many amazing options to choose from, it was honestly hard to pick because everything was so amazing. Leading up to the wedding the team made sure every detail was covered, making sure all guests had safe options despite multiple allergies and sensitivities. It put our mind at ease knowing all of our guests could easily find something safe and delicious to eat. The food and service on our wedding day was beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive to guest needs, the food and drinks were incredible, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Most couple often say they barley have time to eat on their wedding day, and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. The staff made sure we had drinks and food whenever we needed and I'm so glad that was the case because all of the food was outstanding. I have had multiple guests rave about how good the food was. I have many engaged friends now inquiring about who we had for catering because they do not want to miss out on hiring Bourassa. “We worked with Karen and her amazing team including her talented head chef Tess for our wedding in Summer 2024, and I literally could not recommend them more highly. We had a complex multi-cultural wedding and we wanted to do something special for our food, so floated the idea of Korean-style rice bowls with delicious mains and tons of vegetables and sauces to Karen. To our delight, she was super energized by the idea and SKBT did everything they possibly could to ensure that our food was absolutely phenomenal and unique, down to the tiniest of details. They also made their own vegan kimchi, which my Korean family complimented highly. Over and over again we heard from our guests how the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and one dear friend said, “this isn’t wedding food, this is HUMAN food” which is exactly what we wanted. “Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. “One of our first weddings was at the stunning Aria, and we’ve had the good fortune of working there as full-time wedding photographers over several years now. When you first walk in to the space you are taken aback by the size and scope of the elegant surroundings. We particularly love the staircases and how everything can be used for photography of the couple or as a group. It’s so important to be able to move around freely and get creative with angles for posed and documentary photography, and the space makes this possible. The exclusivity and scope of the venue helps a couple feel very special on their day with so many facets of the property to enjoy in and out. We have yet to photograph a wedding in the new chapel, and we are as excited as anyone to book our first ceremony there soon. Aria also allowed us to do a Christmas fashion photoshoot in their spectacular entrance area with all their beautiful decor, and winter is definitely an incredible season to have a wedding here. Suffice it to say their communication and efforts are superb. Aria has such a deep staff that is always assisting couples, guests, and us as vendors, and I am struggling to recall a time where there was any major issue during any of our weddings. Atmosphere was very casual with people coming in and out, kids playing in front, and a lot of conversation between customers, management, and kitchen staff.
