The single origin beans are selected and roasted to a consistently high level. While I do play around with light and medium roast espresso and pour-over, The Black Kat Espresso and the Dark Moon Mexican Decaf are exquisite. You won't go wrong with either; very forgiving of the recipe. I think I have found my roaster for life.“

I got an iced coffee and an iced cinnamon roll espresso and they were delicious! I had a BECA (bacon egg and cheese with avocado and gojujang on toasted roll) and it was very good, egg cooked perfectly. Hubby got a burrito and a breve latte!“
