We were just passing through New Haven and stopped by Poppy’s, and honestly, everything was absolutely excellent. From the eggs and hot chocolate to the avocado and fresh fruit, everything was delicious. We’re from Paris, so you can trust us when it comes to food — this place is definitely worth a visit!
Fast service and delicious breakfast. The coffee is superb. My home fries were a little on the firm side but that’s not a huge deal. Really appreciated that gluten free toast was available. Great breakfast spot for a Sunday morning.
Okay. Let me start with how expensive it was. $54 for two lattes, an omelette and pancakes. The omelette wasn’t it for me. Pretty sloppy and not packed tight. The lattes were sugary but okay. Won’t be going back because it’s too expensive and the food was mid. They didn’t even have American cheese or white bread..
