If you're looking for the ultimate local ice cream spot, Wentworth's is a not so hidden gem - just ask the locals and anyone who has attended Quinnipiac! Their homemade ice cream is incredibly creamy and packed with flavor and each scoop tastes like it was made with love. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even sweeter. What really sets this place apart is the massive selection of toppings...they have everything from fresh fruit to candy...
To me they have the best ice cream I've ever had and I'm in fudge. And caramel fudge, and they're very quick and where you can receive your ice cream even if there's a long line.
This was my first time at Wentworth’s, and I’m so glad a friend recommended it—especially because they offer dog-friendly ice cream! It was my pup’s 8th birthday, and I couldn’t find a place that felt special enough until I heard about Wentworth’s. The team at the counter was amazing—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited when they heard it was her big day.
My dog devoured her birthday treat (tail wags of approval!), and my mom and I were equally impressed....
