Great cocktails! Amazing food. We loved the gnocchi, the salad, the steak frites. Desserts are to die for. The strawberry tart is a must. Beautiful interior. Knowledgeable staff. Overall a great experience.

Wildcat in Hamden is an absolute gem and hidden gem with a unique SoHo and NYC vibe. The atmosphere is cozy, stylish, and relaxing with delightful music. The menu is small but packs a punch with bold, creative flavors. The food is amazing, terrific, and marvelous, from the best burger and unbelievable malt vinegar fries to gourmet entrees like salmon confit, steak frites, and head on grilled shrimp. Appetizers like the crudo are incredible. The cocktail menu is unique and funky with delicious drinks and mocktails, crafted by knowledgeable staff. Service is very friendly, attentive, and excellent. It is a place that does a few things really, really well.
