Very friendly and what a great couple to host we hired them for our town football team as a pregame treat and their ice cream was phenomenal!!!! Highly recommend, looking forward to booking for my personal use in the near future. Ice cream is my weakness and they definitely pass the test .10/10

We had Blue Chip cater the dessert for our wedding and it was a huge hit! Everyone was raving about the Chillwiches and we even got to take a picture inside the truck! Highly recommend them!!

A very relaxing place to enjoy the best ice cream you’ve ever had, so creamy wild so rich in flavor. A cozy setting in the corner to enjoy after a day at the center. The cookies are the best and ice cream sandwiches are exceptional and a very generous size. You can taste the quality and freshness in everything that is made there. Bought a dozen to bring to family function and they were the first thing gone on dessert table. Couldn’t rave about them enough. The staff is very very friendly and the manager is a very pleasant young man always with a smile. This is certainly a place you should bring your family to and enjoy.

I heard about this company and thought it was only a food truck; I was pleasantly surprised to find a stand located in the science museum.This location we visited was inside the museum at the entrance located in the Mortenson Riverwalk Plaza. There is no fee to enter. The owners renovated a 1976 ice cream truck and brings it to events like weddings, corporate events, Anniversaries, etc. They have a fleet of vehicles that serves ice cream; some of these can be rented for events too, for example, a party trailer.

They offer cups, cones, and ice cream sandwiches called Chillwiches. I had the Cookie Monstah Chillwich; this was huge! Vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, chocolate drizzle, in between two large chocolate chunk cookies. It was amazing and I couldn't finish it because it was so large. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Overall, a very delicious ice cream and I highly recommend.

Just bought 3 sandwiches from a local grocery store that just opened up in our town! Glad I did my new favorite summer treat

Blue Chip has THE BEST ice cream around. It’s so exciting they now have a storefront at the Science Center! They always have delicious new flavors to enjoy and their chillwich cookie sandwiches are just to die for! My favorite is the What The Fudge, partially because of the name! ? Their pricing is always fair; they give you big scoops of ice cream! And the best part is… you can mix and match flavors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The price is a little steep for one scoop they only offer one kid's scoop for $4 when there's toddlers for smaller children that can't eat that and they should offer a $1 scoop which is a mini scoop and a mini cone and it'd be better for the parents not the waste for $4 scoop because the child cannot eat it or people with dietary issues just need a sample taste for a dollar would be fine for $2 but that's not even offered
