I was there Sunday for dinner with 3 other people we ordered apatizers and they were cold. when it was time for dinner i ordered bacalhou a Braz 5 minutes later the waitress comes back said they don't have it. someone ordered the camarao a Mozambique and told the waitress she wanted it spicy when she got it her dinner was cold the waitress was not around. Went here for the first time yesterday. It came highly recommended from my cousin and I had a feeling I was going to love it. This is a high-quality restaurant. Atmosphere had a very comfortable home-like feeling. Service was not overly and just the right amount of attentive. Drink/wine selections were excellent. I would recommend Chaves to anyone. The food it wonderful, and the staff is friendly. We recently had a family function in the back room and everyone had a great time. Food was served family style and the flavor was on point. Liz and her staff were very attentive, and we were not rushed to leave. This will be our go to place for many years to come.
