Hands down the best Mexican food I have had in CT. My husband and I ordered the elote( off the Cobb) and the steak burrito. Everything was was seasoned to perfection and tasted made to order. Bonus: the customer service was superb. Can’t wait to visit again!

Of all the Spanish speaking Cafe's, Bodegas, restaurants , coffee shops and Bakery's one could visit on all of Park St, El Nopal restaurant is the finest of them all.A quaint little box tucked into the West side, I was absolutely enamored by the whole place.I was so hungry, I just ordered some yellow corn soup, a Beef and Chicken Taco and an ice water with lime. Best Mexican food in Connecticut in my opinion! I love the customer service and the woman who greets me always has a welcoming smile on her face which makes me want to come back. I ordered the ground beef, el pastor, and steak tacos for lunch which exceeded my expectations in flavor! I was so happy. They also have really good birria tacos too! Food is very fresh and it’s plenty of seating!
