“When I describe my experience at a business, I always think of the people working and how they treat and serve you. The person at the drive thru was excellent in customer service. The order was taking a long time. I asked him if he was alone. He said that there were 2 working, 1 , cooking and himself. I give him credit with dealing with the extra work load and still being able to deliver friendly customer service.“
“As I walked in I was greeted to the cashier with a nice smile.. I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted but the cashier offered me a great deal and I had to take it. The customer service is top tear and I would love to come back again. I will definitely be suggesting kfc to others.“
