Southend Bar & Grille

The need to fix up the place on the inside....because I love their food especially the shrimp empanada! They just need to redecorate big time...looks like a hole in the wall I have to beg some people to even try it because of its look.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday; went with some friends for happy hour and had a great time. You HAVE to try their chili glazed shrimp, it is BOMB. Also had the empanada sampler- the beef ones were delicious but i wasn't a fan of the shrimp or chicken ones. Their prices are great - $3 margaritas for happy hour and $5 Long Islands all day long. Went for lunch today, everybody was sitting outside at the patio. I choose to sit inside where it was cool. I didn't know what to order because everything sounds good on the menu. My tip in these situations is to either order the specials or the sampler. Which I did, it called the 451 Samplers. It has everything: fried pieces of pork, fried chicken wings and honey-buffalo wings.
