We went to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and Julio turned it into a whole EXPERIENCE. The energy? 10/10. The service? ELITE. The vibe? UNMATCHED.
He was on point the entire night—attentive, fast, super friendly, and just knew how to make everything feel special. It didn’t feel like regular service, it felt like VIP treatment from start to finish.
He made sure the birthday celebration hit different 🎉 and honestly, that’s the kind of service you don’t forget.
Mancora is already amazing, but Julio takes it to another level. If you see him, just know you’re about to have a great night.

“Stumbled across this place after we got out of a concert, and seriously they have amazing food. The best fried pickles I have ever had. The food does take a minute to come out but its because they cook real food. Where we were sitting you could see the kitchen and you just knew the food was going to be good. The drinks were strong and the atmosphere was chill. The owner was walking around and just was super welcoming, the staff was attentive, you can't beat what you get for the price. Me and my husband are from out of state and we already said we would take a day trip just to go back here to eat.“
“Our first time at this establishment since it changed hands and it certainly will not be our last. My husband and I sat at the bar and enjoyed the craft cocktails and conversation with Moriah. Looking forward to returning on a night when they have live entertainment.“
“It's one of those places where you feel a warm inviting atmosphere the bartenders are cordial and the music is nice they have one pool table but we share taking turns by putting your name on the board overall it a great place to be to “

“Didn’t catch the names of who was working New Year’s Day pm but service was OUTSTANDING. Bartender to bartender, these guys really kill it and have the best energy. Already recommended it to my local friends and they can’t wait to come in.

“I know this was a million years ago (‘80s) the giant LI iced teas? They were served in like a gallon glass with siphons and they served a bunch of people, and they were buy one get one on your birthday! Does anyone remember?“

“Was there Monday night for dinner and it was amazing from the bread service to the apps drinks dinner and dessert got the bone in ny sirloin cooked to perfection and my friend got the short rib pasta special minus the short rib bc she is a Vegetarian they wete more than happy to accommodate and her food was equally as delicious!!“

“I was in town for the weekend and came across this bar. Let me say the hospitality was amazing. I talked to this one security, i forgot his name (big bearded white guy on the second floor ), he gave me recommendations on what other bars were around and ideas on how to spend my time in CT. The bartenders were amazing and the drinks were great. The bathrooms could be a little bit more clean but overall the experience Was great“

“Eclectic menu. While not extensive, there is variety with daily specials. We started with the dumplings and chili with beans. Dumplings and sauce for dipping quite flavorful in the best way. The chili was not too hot, and a hot sauce offered we we wanted more heat. The pasta and red was plentiful and delicious.“
“I'm a wedding photographer who recently had the chance to work at The Hartford Club. And...it's now one of my favorite CT wedding venues!
First is the location. They say it in real estate and, in many ways, it applies to weddings as well. This area of Hartford is awesome photographically. If you book The Hartford Club, you have it for your wedding portraits, but also several walkable locations nearby.
Second is the venue itself. Their service is great, the layout is conducive to a demure wedding day, and the old-school character is really nice.
So from a wedding photographer's perspective, you should definitely consider The Hartford Club for your wedding day!“
“Incredible food and even better service there was a understandable error during my food pick up process and they went above and beyond to make it right for me. 100% would recommend for my family and friends and plan on returning there many times over“

“First time coming here after an epic fail at Babes , and they were 9/10. No major complaints, location great, parking was good. Set up, music, service very good. Tiny wait time for food but music was so good and the food was amazing it made up for it. Will definitely be going again!“

“One of my all time favorite spots . Hands down beats all the local competition for seafood . Drinks are amazing ?? Two favorite’s are coconut shrimp app ? and seafood boil combo Reels catch seasoned garlic butter the flavor is great and seafood is fresh not too mention the atmosphere of the Resturant , the waitstaff are very pleasant and seems to enjoy the work they do & knowledgeable on the seafood . It’s def an experience , so if ur ever in the area I suggest u stop by u won’t be disappointed .“
