“I love ordering from here. I don't always have this issue but sometimes the fries are soggy from the steam trapped in the cardboard box so I have to reheat them in my airfryer at home. They're always courteous when I call and promptly deliver the food. I've ordered many different things from there and mostly liked them all. Sometimes I have to get toppings for my salad on the side, like the southwest salad because otherwise the liquid from the Pico will make the tortilla strips wet and I just can't do it lol. But the quality is good for the food and most times make it correctly for the changes I request.“

Now that I live in the South, I find myself jonesing for the First and Last grilled sausage and peppers, served with side of shells in marinara. It rarely gets better than this, even if you find the real Italian sausage; I've been living in Charleston, a foodie paradise, but I have yet to find the real, homemade salsiccia that you get at First and Last, or buy at D&D market, close by. So mangia Hartford, and pray that this place never changes!“

“The tacos are fire!!! Everything is fresh and flavorful. 100000% enjoyed the quality of the food and pleasant service. The people running this truck KNOW what they are doing. However, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I find them to be pricey. There are other options in the city that are just as great at a more reasonable price. I still highly recommend them for the quality food but the cost adds up super quick. Last time we had a craving and stopped here, they wanted to charge $35 for 10 tacos. Another taco spot I love charges $25 for the same 10 tacos. For the prices, I'd only go here if I'm buying for just me or in a pinch for something fresh and healthy.“
“I have been looking for this place since I moved to Hartford! Not Kinder Pizza per se, but a late night pizza shop where you can get some great grub and, might get shanked in the parking lot if you aren’t careful! I recently lived in the South and you can’t find this type of pizza, subs, and baskets place, anywhere but the northeast.Menu is insanely large and the prices are great. Everything from pizza to burgers and breakfast sandwiches. They are fast and customer service is fantastic.No place to sit so you are eating on the fly or taking it home. My steak and cheese came in half for 9.50 or whole for 11.50. I am not a mathematician, but whole seemed to make fiduciary sense. It was darn well worth it, a bit much cooking oil, but overall I would order again. I would add some mushrooms and sweet onions next time as it was a little bland. The roll was perfect, not to much bread and held serve until the last few bites.Hartford overall has some great pizza and sub shops. I intend to try them all but this joint is open til 2:00 al and right on Main Street.However if loud, obnoxious drunks is not your thing, better go somewhere else.“
“I ordered a Pizza for pick up, and I was told 20 minutes to pickup. I got to the place and my order was not even placed. No ticket. The older lady at the counter asked me to wait. it took another 20 minutes to get my pizza. The food is good, but the service is somewhat poor.“

From the two slices and a soda deal, to a generous amount of food in a salad or any one of the sandwiches or grinders I have not been disappointed. The sauce is tasty without being overly sweet, and the crust is nicely browned and crunchy. “Every time I return to Hartford, this is a must place for me. I typically order the turkey grinder/sub with everything on it. I also enjoy their special pizza as well.
