“Good place the workers are fast and efficient. They also change their gloves frequently. The prep station is clean and the meats and veggies are fresh. The only thing complain about is the amount of bums outside it’s not just one it’s multiple asking for money or to buy them something it’s actually pretty annoying and some of them are disrespectful. Why are they allowed to be on the premises? pan handling is illegal. But other than that the food and service is good.“

“Clean and bright. Standard Subway fare, so take that as you will. Always good in a pinch. I think the staff does a good job making the food. I'm being picky, but there's a hanging plexiglass pane right in front of the register, and it's just kinda in the way. Not the worst thing, but awkward.

I think the only thing to note is that this location is in Hartford. Doesn't make it inherently bad, but hey, you get some characters. As with any place, just go about your business and don't interact. Again, literally doesn't matter, could be a Karen saying dumb things, or folks who are just a little too high looking for cookies and chips. All the same. Plus, this is a 24 hour location, so you gotta respect it.“

“I Love This Subway Location, By Far One of the Best. There were few people ahead of me but the kid on the line moved them in and out I didn't really wait at all, and the girl on the register was up selling and ring them out just as fast.I was ordering for my brother with special needs and He just Loves the Ham and Cheese Grinder with a little this and a little bit of that. Me I'm Steak and Cheese Tomato Wrap guy I like to load it up with Double Meat extra cheese 2 kinds. So I kind of knew what I wanted but the kid and I had a few laughs working through it.Thats what I Like About This Place Everyone is Friendly and Food is Fresh not like alot of places in Hartford. The place is always clean and smells nice too. Plus there is plenty of seating to Sit and Enjoy Your Delicious Grinder Salad or Wrap.Everything is Made To Order Just the Way You Want it. Plus They Do Catering Great for Offices Lunch or Birthday Party.“

“As a german i can say, the best sub I have ever eaten!Really huge and big sandwiches :) :) In Germany a footlong one has less then half of salads and vegetables.The young guy working there is also so nice and gentile. Everytime I´m in the U.S. I will come back :)“

“Standard Subway outlet. The service is quick, bit there aren't many amenities in this place. Good for a quick bite or order, it feels better than Dunkin's outlet in the same place. More value for money and better healthy food choices.“

“Yes, there was a HUGE line. But it moved SO quickly. They had 3+ people rotating on the sandwich line and they were banging out orders fast. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Even though they were super busy, all the staff were very happy and smiling away. I wish all subways could be like this. It was obviously hard to find a seat, where it was so busy. But once we were able to sit down, it was great. They do have high chairs and there is plenty of room for anyone in a wheelchair.“
