“First of all I give Four stars only because the only Staff Member to help me ..Valerie!!Ask for Valerie she's the reason I come to this location.On July 11, 2023 I was in line the phone order where off the wall and Valerie had the counter line packed. Valerie was whipping out orders and very pleasant with customers..But Her Manager, Aika, was sooo rude and loudly putting Valerie down in front of the patrons !!!Aika wasn't even helping anyone!! Someone in line stepped in to stop the Rude Manager Aika.. from the down grading attack on Valerie, Shame on you Aika!!*Management Please review this matter, Valerie is a real asset to this company and needs to be promoted as Manager!! Time to fire Aika and get back to the excellent service that employees like Valerie provide ..Subway needs Managers like Valerie!!!“

When checking out they wouldn't honor a coupon because we didn't order one of the 'allowed' sandwiches (listed on a small sign at the cash register, clearly created by the manager) - there were no restrictions on the coupon.“
