Slow smoked pork shoulder, St. Louis pork ribs, and smoked local sausage with your choice of sauce and 2 sides.
Classic Barbecue Family Meal
1.5 pounds of 14 hours smoked pork shoulder, 1 full rack of St. Louis pork ribs, 3 smoked sausages, your choice of sauce, 4 pints of sides, and scratch-made cornbread with butter. Feeds 4-6 people.

I ordered the Screen Corn, Loaded Chips, and a soda. The street corn was very good. The loaded chips were okay. They were very heavy so I didn't finish them. The kettle chips were simply plain chips but held the toppings pretty well.

This place is the real deal. The food is outstanding. I could eat their sliced brisket & mac n' cheese, especially, every day. Their pork shoulder & sausages are also just as good. The quality & flavor reflect the time & care that go into their cooking. You won't be disappointed.

We had Portly Pig cater our wedding, it was absolutely an amazing experience! The FOOD, sooooo good! The wedding guest had nothing but good reviews about the food! The caterers on the phone are very knowledgeable about portion sizes for ordering. The food came hot and ready. Plenty of dipping sauces. We got brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad. 10/10 recommend!!!!
