“I came here for the first time a week or so ago and I was quite impressed. The food was decently priced and was of high quality. “Delicious ice cream and the place is very clean. However, the staff behind the counter could really benefit from customer service training. The young man did not greet me until I specifically asked for help, which left a negative impression. Management should focus on training their staff rather than simply leaving them at the counter.“
