“Stopped here on a trip through the area from another state. We had a party of four. It wasn't a peak time, so there were not very many people eating.
Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. I don't see how she could have made it any better than she did. She was also the lone server/host/cashier.“
“Delicious ice cream and the place is very clean. However, the staff behind the counter could really benefit from customer service training. The young man did not greet me until I specifically asked for help, which left a negative impression. Management should focus on training their staff rather than simply leaving them at the counter.“
