“This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to.

I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. The person who answered when I called, though, was extremely kind and looked for the toy for me. Unfortunately they were not able to find it, but genuinely seemed remorseful they could not find it for me.

Then, a few hours later, to my complete surprise I received a call back. It was the same employee and they said they actually did end up finding one and that they would hold it for me. I went to the location and was treated, once again, very kindly by the person at the front counter as I made my purchase. They also respected my gender identity which is something I greatly appreciate.

To me this demonstrated above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction that I think deserves praise! Thank you McDonald's Lisbon! I love my Cinnamonroll Donetello.“

“We stopped in for a late breakfast at Bobby’s Burger Palace, owned by Bobby Flay, at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. It was very good. At first sight my burrito didn’t look like much laying dry on the plate, but when I opened it up I could see it was full of nice ingredients. It tasted great! And my hubs got the steel cut part and loved them. They had a little sweetness to them and just the right amount of cinnamon, cranberry and yogurt. I tasted it and really like it too. We would definitely go back here again. I also love Illy coffee so bonus! :)“

“Overall a very popular place, lines moved quickly and service was good. I just wanted some clam cakes. Small order was ample and fresh. However, they were way over salted and not a lot of clams. Probably wouldn’t get them again, but would try something else.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“I ordered my first vanilla cone of the season today, and it was worth the wait, until I dropped it trying to unlock my car door. Talk about heart break! They were very kind and replaced it without additional charge and I was so touched by the staff's kindness! Really, really made my day, thank you!“

“My husband and I went to this restaurant on the way to the ferry. The place was spotless, the customer service was amazing. Emily really took care of us helping us place our order and having a smile and being so kind the whole time. Definitely will be back to stop in next time we are in Connecticut <3“

“We had such a great meal at this Ruby Tuesdays!! The staff were great and the food and drinks were excellent. I honestly die for that salad bar, everything was fresh and they have tons of options. I’m so heartbroken that the Ruby Tuesdays near me closed, I wish I lived closer to this one.“

“We opted to go to Hard Rock in Foxwoods because they had a kid friendly menu and was conveniently located outside the great wolf lodge. We greeted promptly by a very nice hostess. We were seated and greeted quickly by our server. He was very attentive and super nice. He also has the voice of a “rocker”. My only complaint was they seemed very under staffed. Drink refills and checking on the table was a little slow but we could clearly see that he was working MANY tables. Great for kids, nice staff, and very convenient if staying at the lodge.“

“It's probably the least known of the local fast food chains, so why is the food SO GOOD??? DQ fries are hands down the best. There I said it!Their burgers are so high quality and you can't beat a Blizzard, I don't care where you go.“

“We stopped here quickly to grab something to eat before a show. We got a table right away and our waitress was awesome. We told her we had limited time and she brought our apps out right away, was super attentive, and closed out our bill quickly, getting us on our way for the show. Food was good and in line with casino pricing, without being too over the top. The atmosphere is definitely sports, so it's a great place if you want to watch ANY game, since they are all playing on the biggest screen I've ever seen, at the same time.“
