Burger Restaurants near Lisbon

“This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to.

I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. The person who answered when I called, though, was extremely kind and looked for the toy for me. Unfortunately they were not able to find it, but genuinely seemed remorseful they could not find it for me.

Then, a few hours later, to my complete surprise I received a call back. It was the same employee and they said they actually did end up finding one and that they would hold it for me. I went to the location and was treated, once again, very kindly by the person at the front counter as I made my purchase. They also respected my gender identity which is something I greatly appreciate.

To me this demonstrated above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction that I think deserves praise! Thank you McDonald's Lisbon! I love my Cinnamonroll Donetello.“

“I used to go here when they first opened, and the burgers were genuinely great. I recently went back to give it another try, and the quality has clearly declined. The food no longer stands out the way it once did, and it feels like the place has lost what made it special. It may be time for Bobby to take a closer look and bring things back to the original standard.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.
