Not really a fan of pizza but i surely was not in the mood for fast food.So I figured I’d give the brick n basil a try. “Atmosphere always a 10; service right there at 10 as well. First time, after dining there several times in the past, food was not a 10. A couple pieces of crispy orange chicken kinda a little rubbery; wasn't a fan at all of their version of shrimp tempura. Chilean Miso glazed sea bass app a little mushy, but absolutely tasted great as always. I really enjoy dining at TAO, this was just the first time I was not overly impressed was all - it was good, but not great for the first time.“

“This is the kind of old-fashioned Chinese restaurant I miss, with sit down service, the really crunchy noodles with duck/plum sauce, and a huge menu including dim sum at pre-inflation prices. My Singapore rice noodles (mei fung) were perfectly prepared, with generous portions of chicken, pork and shrimp that were also juicy and tender. Service was prompt at attentive. I had a great meal for $20 exactly, including 20% tip. A+“

“My husband and I ate at your establishment last night to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday which fall in the same day,while the restaurant is beautiful and the food was superb, my husbands steak came out virtually raw instead so we had to send it back, who on earth would take a $75 dry aged steak that was cut off the bone and cut through the center throw not only the steak but the bone back in the grill and have the nerve ti send it back out ti a customer? The manager was very apologetic and made them cook him another steak but my huge issue is, we went out ti dine together and celebrate milestones, I had to eat alone while he waited and by the time his steak came out the remainder of the sides were stone cold, I feel like at the least something from that meal should have at least been deducted from our almost $200 bill! Thanks ti these circumstances, our anniversary and my birthday dinner were ruined! Thanks again gif ruining what was supposed to have been a memorable evening“

“Service was top notch. Our waiter was on top of everything, friendly, and honestly could not have been better. The fritto Misti appetizer was good, but the breading was very mushy. Kind of like it was either fried at too low of a temperature or was sitting around for a bit. The whipped ricotta with mortadella and pistachio pesto was very good. My wife liked her Campanella alla vodka, which actually had bits of prosciutto in it, something a lot of places skip. I had the sausage with spinach and pomodoro. The sauce was a bit thin and kind of bland. The sausage was supposed to be spicy, but it really had no kick. A little disappointing. Dessert was tiramisu. Good flavor, but definitely used whipped cream for the filling. Mostly tasted chocolate and powder sugar, not so much the espresso. Didn't expect too much going in - just needed to grab a bite before a show. A little expensive for what we got (quantity and quality), but not totally unexpected for the inside of a casino.“

“Hash House a Go Go is a “must stop” for breakfast when visiting Mohegan Sun. Large delicious portions my favorite the huge pancake and bacon like no others. All wash down with a mimosa and delivered with outstanding service. “Terry” has served us a couple of times and she is so helpful and friendly we wanted her to sit and eat with us. “Considering what I ordered it was all pretty good but the house lo mein was outstanding I thought and the prices were good. For instance I got a large burrito at Moe's southwestern grill and soda was 16 and change. I think the house lo mein is like half that and you get more.“
