Shoutout to the 6 am crew. I came through with my newborn daughter this morning because we had run out of stuff for coffee. She was screaming so loud in the drive through that the employees gave me a free drink upgrade and wrote “you got this!” On my cup. Thank you for making this tired mom’s day!

Starbucks Coffee Company provides very good and friendly customer service, with staff described as thoughtful, professional, speedy, and surprisingly friendly. They handle tons of business and chaos with class. The atmosphere and ambiance are nice, particularly at the new location on Spencer Street in Manchester CT, where customers try new winter drinks. The coffee tastes like actual coffee. While service is a highlight, some find the chairs uncomfortable. The team is known for thoughtful gestures, like providing gift cards for delayed orders, making experiences special.
