Visited yesterday 11-29-25. I ordered my usual 22oz ribeye with fries loaded with cheese and bacon like I do at multiple locations. When I received my order it didnt come with the same cheddar cheese like all the other locations do and came with queso cheese. Which I had to send back .Wasnt told by server and no writing on menu notifying of the change .Ended up re ordering fries without the toppings. Server was great and explained everything and was quick to help get everything...
Some of the best service I’ve had at a national chain restaurant. Hot bread was brought out as we sat down, our server was extremely gracious / helpful and all food came out timely/cooked. Checked all of the boxes for a family traveling on a road trip and needing a quick bite to eat.
I’ve been coming to Texas Roadhouse with family pretty much my whole life, but never have I had a server so friendly, kind, and just felt like family. I don’t usually make reviews, but today I just had to. Rachel was amazing!! So attentive, so sweet, and just had the best vibe. She made us laugh, kept checking in without being too much, and somehow remembered every little thing we asked for. Honestly felt like we were being taken care of by a friend.
