“We've always go here for dinner. What sets this place aside from most restaurants is the great service from the owners and staff. They always greet you with a smile 😃 and make you feel right at home 🏡. We always sit at one of the large comfy booths and enjoy a great meal. “I'm originally from Texas and I was raised on food this good and well prepared, but usually you had to be invited to a Sunday cookout with your buddy and their 50 closest relatives for this level. The service is great, the food comes out quick and fresh, the flavors are top notch and very authentic for South Texas/ Northern Mexico. We've been twice and we're excited that we've found actual Mexican cuisine up here. Who would have thought Wallingford would have such a gem! Wallingford is for Foodies I'm quickly finding out.“

It was rich and flavorful with its pickled onions, cheese, and chopped chorizo. We also ordered one called the Baja Fish Taco. The al pastor taco was juicy and delicious. Unlike many, it has marinated onions inside with cheese—simply a perfect combination of flavors. As soon as we arrived, we ordered guacamole served in a volcanic stone bowl, giving it a unique touch, along with pico de gallo and freshly made tortilla chips. Although this is a franchise, I want to say that the flavor of the food and the service from the people who served me at this location, especially Alicia, were exceptional.
