Both Sara and Heather were very polite and accommodating, even weaving in and out of our employees and Santa participating in a gift exchange. From the grazing boards to the salads to the entrees and dessert, everything was flavorful and cooked/presented perfectly. Everything was exactly as we ordered it, order was ready on time, food was excellent, and soup traveled really well for takeout French onion, which is hard to pull off.

We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “Cypress Garden” sandwiches… both were delicious. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. One was $10 the other $12 & this price even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips. We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s. “Over the weekend, My friend and I got stuck in the a snowstorm. We’re from New York originally, so being stuck in a small town like plantsville was a bit out of the way… we were famished and parched; nothing was open… we stumbled across the great Uncle Jack Noodle on Apple Maps with a lit up green sign saying “OPEN”. We rushed over to the restaurant, and parked very handily, across the street. Free Parking. Very Wonderful. We walked into Uncle Jack’s and were greeted with very warm smiles and friendlyness. Absolutely Stunning. Will be dining in next time! All in all, Uncle Jack served the most amazing noodles i have ever eaten. I ordered the Uncle Jack Noodles & boba tea and my friend ordered the Drunken Noodles spice level 5!!! We ate not even HALF of our meals within becoming full. Even then, we couldn’t help ourselves to more. $15 for my meal was more than enough. i had leftovers and then some. Thank You Uncle Jack, for being not only a restaurant, but a home as well.“

We are from the south and we have yet to find a good Mexican style restaurant here in ct.
The tacos are a 7/10 the tortillas are store bought. The tacos are double tortillas so
It fills you up faster. The meat is fresh. Steak, fajita, Pastor, Tripa, even the fish is grilled here. My husband likes their fish tacos, menudo and the tripa tacos are one of his favorites.
The pinto beans are fresh.
The Rice is not good at all. It tastes like plastic without seasoning. . That’s why the the 4 stars.
When we go as a family we just go for the tacos.
And their menudo. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. They welcome all but the kids need to be seated at all times. The food coming out is HOT.“

“So, I have to be honest I don’t drink. So I can’t really speak on the beer. I came here specifically because of the gluten free pizza.

I’ve tried so many different gluten free pizzas all around the state. My wife is GF. I belong to a Facebook group that recommends different spots throughout the state.

I had heard this was the spot.

Ordered two pies, wife got a cider and I got a soda.

Let me tell you, this is hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve had the pleasure of eating. It was so good that I had to personally thank the team that was making the pizzas.

I’m going to highly recommend this place solely on the GF pies. I can’t express it enough how difficult it’s been to find one as good as this.

“This has become my new go to pizza parlor in town! The service has been excellent and you really cannot beat the prices. Greek style pizza which is made quickly and tastes great. The pie we like to get is spinach, bacon, and feta. I have also gotten a sausage calzone and a BBQ chicken grinder and all 3 of these items have been fantastic. I will definitely be back for more!

Tried the chicken wings and waffles, and hash fries to-go.
Chicken wings were fried to perfection and the various sauces were great compliments.
The hash fries were delicious.
Found the waffle too sweet for me, however, I am typically not a sweets person.

“I come from Spain and it is my first time eating a steamed burger, a delight, something new that is worth trying. In my case I had the steamed salmon and my partner had the classic beef steam hamburger.
The place is nice, the decoration is very American haha ​​with all the cutouts and paintings from past times it transports you to America in the 1900s. They play good music all the time, classics from the 90s and 80s.
The service of 10, an older couple who make the homemade food themselves, it is appreciated to have a place like this to rest from so much junk fast food.
