One was $10 the other $12 & this price even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips. We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s. “Every time we choose Antonio’s for date night, it’s a win! The staff and the owner are always warm and welcoming and the service is always just right. And then there’s the food! They have one of the best chicken cutlets I’ve ever tasted and their Alfredo sauce is out of this world!“

Everything we had was better than expected, and we learned there is a reason almost every table around us had a plate of wings! The French onion soup was also one of the best I’ve ever had. We found out from our wonderful waitress, Jade, that a lot of what makes the food so good is how much is made fresh in house, down to the caramel sauce! Jade was so sweet, I would ask for her again if I made the trek back (and I’m seriously considering it after the meal!).“

They don't experiment nearly as much as they did in Hamden. Also the main floor needs some activities, there's not much to do. The upstairs has some games but it's always rented out. Arguably one of the best hot dogs (they are JUMBO, a meal in their own and delicious)and steak and cheese , super thinly sliced, no grizzle and full of beefy flavor with a generous portion. Lots of choices of toppings while being reasonably priced. Family owned by some of the nicest people you can ever meet. Also they carry a wide variety of unique sodas that I don't know anywhere else to find. The only criticism I can give is that the tuna, potato salads... Could use a bit more mayo. I bring them home and add a little and they are perfect“

My husband had the scampi so I got a taste 😊. We shared the chopped salad which is more than enough for 2!! I recommend the Pear Pressure martini 😂“
