The service was amazing, the gentleman behind the counter was one of the nicest I’ve come across. He was prompt and attentive and kept a smile on. “First time here, so wasn't exactly sure what to do. We figured it out...for the most part. Definitely going back and will know exactly what to do lol. Tasty sauces and fresh good (except the meat is frozen). I'll ask for my egg to be put on last minute, so it's not so hard cooked. Try it out!! Also, under $80 with drinks for FOUR people. Credit card company asked if my 33% tip was correct lol.“

“Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a fabulous meal and feel that you are appreciated. Thank again“

“My family and I came in today for lunch. The service was amazing. The food was outstanding. And the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I don't know if the gentleman was the owner or not. But he waited on us, cooked our food, and checked on us all by himself!!! Talk about a one man show. He did it all without us even having to ask for anything. When I'm in CT again I definitely will be back.“

“Please note I would give more stars if allowed!! The newest owners are FABULOUS!! I've been ordering from Southington Pizza House for years and I've always had excellent food and service! The staff is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! GREAT portions of the dinners!! Delivery is quick and the delivery person is always courteous!! They even make accommodations for my food allergies! Their sauce for the chicken parm is awesome! The HOMEMADE garlic knots are super yummy! My daughter absolutely loves the cheese garlic bread! Grinders are great and packed. Great priced food from WONDERFUL folks!!
Dietary restrictions: I order gluten free. They watch for cross contamination. They give me fries instead of pasta!
Parking: You can park in front but there's plenty of parking in the rear of the building.“

“We saw the business as closed, oh no…. so we used the phone from an old menu. Tada…. They were in fact open. We ordered spare ribs, I had pepper steak, extra extra, extra hot, and a few other things today July 26, 2024. Wow, when you order something that you want hot and you get it and it makes your eyes water, that’s what I call hot, just the way I wanted it, perfect. Don’t change a thing.. :-) The hours have changed, from Thurs - Friday 4- close.. Their food is so good, not sure why Google showed this business as perm closed, it’s certainly not.. get out there and enjoy. Yum..“

“Great little cafe! My husband and I love coming here for breakfast/lunch when we have a weekend off together. Its located right off the trail if you want to enjoy a walk before or after. I also love their pastries in front, they even have some delicious gluten free dessert items which are so hard to find!“

“Nataz in Southington is a true gem! We had my company’s holiday party here mid-week during the day before they opened for regular dinner service and it was AMAZING! The setup was great for our group and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. We had two dedicated waitresses, Sara and Heather, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink upon sitting down and that everyone got their food in a timely manner. Both Sara and Heather were very polite and accommodating, even weaving in and out of our employees and Santa participating in a gift exchange. Special thank you to Chuck for setting everything up for us! The food was exceptional! From the grazing boards to the salads to the entrees and dessert, everything was flavorful and cooked/presented perfectly. If you are looking for a great local place with really good food, check out Nataz for your next event or dinner out with family/friends. You definitely will not be disappointed!“
