We had Beyond the Salt food truck for the night before our daughter’s wedding party. It was a huge hit!!! Food was amazing!! We would definitely use them again!! We had family that was coming from out of states and ran very late…..Samad and his son were so patient and kind. They waited and made sure everyone was fed and happy!!

Just had a Fancy Pancy Burger and it was the best burger I have ever had! Everything is cooked to order so the food is served hot! My burger was a perfect medium rare, and they added the onion jam, cheddar cheeses, and truffle aiolis, it was so delicious! The fries are awesome too, fresh cut potatoes fried to perfection and served HOT! :)

Had the Fancy Pancy burger and it is AMAZING!!! I can’t even look at another burger and don’t want any other. Have also had the Korean chicken and Asiago burger. The fries are outstanding too. Can’t wait until Wed to try more of this delicious, authentic food! Highly recommend Chef Samad and his food! You have to check this out! You will not be disappointed!

Had their chicken sandwich at Tribus in Milford and it was delicious. The other food coming out looked so good. High quality food, not your average food truck!

I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was legit a top 5 chicken sandwich of all time for me! 10 out of 10 highly recommend this food truck. If you see it is within 30 minutes of you hop in your car and get there asap cause it’s worth it!
