Dunkin' has been a regular spot for some customers, with no issues or complaints in the past. However, a recent visit involved an uncomfortable encounter with the manager and an employee, who approached the customer working on their laptop and asked them to leave, citing complaints from other customers, although they couldn't specify the nature of the complaints.
In a different visit, there were issues with the drive-thru order, but the issue was resolved when someone else took over. The drinks and "fresh" donuts were satisfactory.
Dunkin' has also gained praise for their generosity towards the Meriden Humane Society, providing real-sized pup cups for dogs on Sundays, which has been appreciated by customers. The service and drinks have been consistently good.
