It’s hard to give any establishments this kind of praise; but it’s needed. The owner was very focused on her customers, very friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was beyond anything I expected!! Mac and cheese second to none, fried chicken and shrimp were to die for. I spent $152 including tip and I’d gladly do it again. I drove from Vernon to try it and it was worth the drive. VERNON STEP IT UP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

And those beef ribs…. TENDERISM!!!!

This place never fails. The food always tastes amazing and it’s ALWAYS piping hot when I get it. I eat here every week. The sticky shrimp, sweet potato cornbread, collard greens and smoked turkey leg, and the Mac and cheese. And they sent me an extra piece of cornbread. The bear didn’t stand a chance.
