I went to this location on nov 7 which was the day after the winter menu and merch started. I was surprised to find quite a few of the water bottles that I had wanted to purchase. I grabbed one and ordered three food items and one drink. I told the amazing barista Liam that u wanted to use my rewards for the cup and card to pay for the rest. He said after scanning my account that I had enough rewards to also cover one food item and my drink if I wanted. My total went from $50...

The older gentleman at the window has to be one of the most pleasant drive-through interactions I've had in a very long time. Quick drive-through times even with long lines at the peak of a Friday morning rush.
