My bf introduced me to this amazing restaurant. I have been eating here for over a year and the food is absolutely delicious. I honestly cannot read enough about how great the food is the service and the staffs warm personality, and beautiful smiles. This restaurant has given me a home away from home and a warm belly.. I have to say, this is my first taste, and I couldn't wait any longer to comment on how delicious my pozole was—the best in all of Connecticut. If you want something authentically Mexican, this is the place. Thanks to the cook. I'm very satisfied, and 5 stars aren't enough to describe this restaurant.

La Catrina Taqueria and Pizzeria is a great addition to Milford. This cute, cozy place near the beach is a go-to spot for lunch or dinner. It is perfect for dinner with the girls, a date, or family night, with various choices to pick from. The food is flavorful and authentically Mexican. The pozole is the best in all of Connecticut. The pork carnitas tacos, street corn, mini tostadas, Hawaiian pizza, and mango habanero wings are delicious. The chicken on the tostadas is flavorful and tender. The margarita is delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating is comfortable for dogs. The owners are wonderful. There is a bigger location in West Haven as well.
