We were overcharged on all 3 meals. A ham sandwich was charged as grilled chicken. A 6” sub was charged as a 12”. And the $3 upgrade to a “meal” with chips/cookie and soda was charged at $5 (the items were rung up individually, not as an “upgrade.”) Overall, we were overcharged by about $12 on 3 meals. I wasn't expecting much at a Subway at a service plaza, but the friendly, pro staff there were so accommodating and my sandwich was excellent, I'm compelled to leave a review. This is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen, well-stocked right down to the assorted potato chips! I got a warm veggie patty sandwich with all the veggie toppings on toasted bread. I'm calling corporate on thsi location I wanted a breakfast sandwich egg steak & cheese and they were gonna charge me extra for tomatoes and spinach. cause it only comes with lettuce & onions .unbelievable franchise now I see why they have only 1 Star and negative reviews..?
