Honestly at first I avoided it for years, because combining tacos with fast food doesn’t seem like the best idea, and I presumed there would be soggy tacos. However, everything I have gotten has been very crispy and delicious! It’s a very vegan friendly place as well, which makes me quite happy. The menu options are very diverse and customizable, so it’s easy to avoid whatever you dislike. “After passing by here from driving my daughter around town, I had to try! Told my bf to come here with me for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. At first I thought they were closed, but their light was just off awaiting a customer, so don't be discouraged to walk in if you see the light off. They been open for 3 months now.
We ordered several tacos of chicken, chorizo (very spicy), and mixto that comes with lengua, steak, and al pastor. My favorite was the steak. Everything seasoned well with good portions. Only complaint is that the chicken could have been juicier.
Inside the sell hand crafted items. Man bought the boot shot glass and I got the clay salt and pepper shakers.
So if your passing around, I suggest you give them a try.“

“Love this place so much... Some people compare it to other fast-food burrito/taco joints, but I totally disagree; Bubbakoo's is so much better and the food is so fresh. People there are always awesome too. We usually order online and pick up - have never been disappointed. Burritos (especially the BYO and breakfast ones) and queso supreme are delicious. Not opening the burritos yet but will post pics!“
