I’ve come here multiple times, and put my head down whenever I got a bad drink and just drank it. However, this was the last straw. I don’t know the name of the kid who keeps making my drinks, but it’s terrible every single time and I’ve had enough. All I asked for was an iced pumpkin spice latte (small), and the kid gave it to me unmixed saying “Oh, sorry, I forgot to mix it” and didn’t make a gesture to even fix it until I said something. This kid seems to have been working here for the past two months, and he still cannot make a drink. Dunkin, please do better and fire these people.

I don't know why I keep stopping here. This place has gotten horrible the past 9 years.I stopped 3 times this week for a simple pumpkin ice signature latte.Not only was it wrong all 3 times but it was also missing the main ingredients.Usually not a big deal except I lose 2 dollars each time because people aren't smart enough to make it look remotely like the picture???Stay away people and just Throw your money out the Window and save your time.

The service is always prompt, but the floor and tables are always grubby no matter how busy they are. The window sills where the tables are set are always filthy with crumbs (and depending on the time of year, covered with dead gnats). Don't they realize that the cleanliness of their establishment reflects negatively on the appeal of what they are serving? It makes me wonder how clean the counters are where they prepare the food and coffee!l

There is a young man there by the name of Byron he is very nice and helpful always knows how to do my coffee right. He values his customers.
They were yelling at a customer who wasn’t being rude to them at all he was just trying to get his order corrected. Unpleasant experience overall at this Dunkin.

My favorite Dunkin. Busy, but always fast.Parking: Be careful pulling in. Safer to pull in from Rt111 entrance than Elm. Also lots of parking around the back, but take care walking in as there are no sidewalks.

I requested a toasted bagel with eggs, bacon, etc. The lady had it for me real fast and I asked her if she toasted the bagel. With a nice smile, she said she did. But the bagel was not toasted it was soggy and not fresh. It is a good thing that people smile and are polite - I appreciate this. However, they should not lie to customers and try to provide whatcustomers ask for. I will not go there again.
