My favorite Dunkin. Busy, but always fast.Parking: Be careful pulling in. Safer to pull in from Rt111 entrance than Elm. Also lots of parking around the back, but take care walking in as there are no sidewalks.
I go to this Dunkin every morning. The other day an employee was cursing and threatening employees and the manager. The manager handled the situation promptly and professionally and removed the employee from the store. She then apologized to the customers for the "rogue" employee. Every morning my order is ready quickly and accurately. This is one of the few Dunkin's I frequent and the friendliest. A+++

The service is always prompt, but the floor and tables are always grubby no matter how busy they are. The window sills where the tables are set are always filthy with crumbs (and depending on the time of year, covered with dead gnats). Don't they realize that the cleanliness of their establishment reflects negatively on the appeal of what they are serving? It makes me wonder how clean the counters are where they prepare the food and coffee!l
