I order from here quite often as it is very near to where I live. Unfortunately, the last few times I've ordered through the app, I have had to repeat what my actual order was at the window. I used to just be able to drive up, get my order, and go. I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue.
Tried to order on app and kept bringing me back to the food menu and wouldn't accept my choices. Went through the drive through and the staff was acting if as I was the problem. I understand that the summer heat has impacted all of us, however you're going to get back what you put out. So try to have the staff present a better attitude when serving customers.

I work nearby and this Dunkin’ has some top notch employees. There is this one sweet young lady named Ariana. I forgot to tell her to omit green tea from my refresher drink, and she kindly made me another refresher, and told me to keep the first one for someone else. She has served me many times and she always has the same resolve and positive energy.
