“Nice place, great service with a large selection of menu items. Remember to check out the specials on the board outside or by the register. My wife had avocado & egg salad sandwich, which is one of her favorites. It's small and has only a few tables and a small counter, but it is comfortable. Many customers order take out.The price for lunch was very reasonable; $17 for 2 sandwiches. I spent more on a few of their deserts for take out.There is plenty of parking in a rather nondescript strip mall. Once you are inside you easily forget that you are on the busy main road.Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free bread and wraps so I was able to have the grilled cheese chicken sandwich, which was really good.They also have a selection of GF deserts; cakes, brownies etc.“

Thick consistency, super fresh, and superfood ingredients that I haven’t seen at other smoothie places in the area, like seamoss, flaxseed, and cashews. “Not so easy to find vegan food in CT, let alone tasty vegan food that’s all the way worth it! Always heard about Khemi’s and ran into it on a ride. Decided to stop by despite being full already lol. Was interested in getting a juice until the sweet chef had me try free samples! She got me there because everything was so good. Super flavorful and clean with love in the food. I got a platter with a sea moss smoothie included. Looking forward to going back to try so much more on the menu! Pumpkin Mac and cheese was my favorite“

“Love this place! My new daily coffee spot. Tried breakfast, lunch and the acai bowls and all was delicious. They have a drive thru which makes it that much easier to stop on your way to work. People are friendly and vibes are super chill. Highly recommend trying.“

“Obsessed with this adorable spot in downtown Shelton! I talked to the owner who was so nice, and they’re super dog friendly so seeing all of the pups really brightened my day. It’s one of those spots where almost everyone is a regular and they all know each other, so it felt very community oriented! My fiancé and I grabbed a sunny table near the window and had such a delicious breakfast of avocado toast and the George’s sandwich with our coffees. I really liked the iced pumpkin one I had! I will definitely be keeping this spot in mind for future trips to downtown Shelton!“

“Was in the area for a dentist appt (shout out to Dr Shubber!), and was looking for a place to grab a quick smoothie. This place was new and had great reviews on google, so I figured I'd give it a shot... I was not disappointed! Gina, the owner was super friendly and gave me the rundown of the menu (sooo many delicious options) and chatted with me the whole time she was making my smoothie. I got the banana nut bread smoothie (200 calorie meal replacement!) and couldn't resist adding a touch of whipped cream and walnut crumbles to the top. It was thick and creamy like a milk shake, tasted just like banana nut bread, and totally filled me up! I will definitely back to explore the rest of the menu!“

“What a gem in Stratford, ct! My young daughter has food allergies and I was happy to find a place I can regularly pick her up some delicious vegan treats! They even made her birthday cake this year! The coffee, and tea are outstanding and they have seasonal specials for drinks and food! The staff is so helpful answering my questions about food ingredients. I highly recommend!“

“Every time I come here the ladies that makes the juices are so pleasant. Usually when I don’t feel like making a juice at home I come here. They make the juices in front of you so you know they’re fresh. They also sell different herbs in there as well. If you’re in the area stop and get a juice.“

It was evident that the bakery values building relationships with their patrons. The Frappuccino was delicious. “We live about 30 mins away and wanted to try a Bridgeport Caribbean Restaurant. We chose this restaurant because of google reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The large food portions could easily feed 2 adults or 3 kids. We ordered the escovitch fish, curry goat and brown stew chicken. All were extremely tasty. I must also note that the curry goat was mostly meaty unlike most places that give mostly bones. “I am obsessed with Robeks in Newtown, CT!! Ive ordered ahead on their app two days in a row. I will start out with its a bit pricey a 22oz medium size smoothie is $8 plus. However, when You buy organic its more expensive. When you shop at Whole Foods & Trader Joe's vs Big Y and Shoprite its more expensive. You pay more for the health benefits. Day 1 I got a medium nuts about protein smoothie (which has active water, peanut butter, coffee, raw honey, cinnamon, multi vitamin, and non fat frozen yogurt). This shake also comes with whey because I excluded that Im not looking to be buff! All the ingredients are so fresh and I feel like a health nut drinking it. Except its absolutely delicious. Day 2 - I got the same smoothie in large but this time with peanut banana toast. My husband would never normally touch non crunchy peanut butter. But he tried my peanut butter toast and actually liked it! Using the app I was given several rewards for money off my first day I used my $3 off reward for using the app. Today I used the $2 off reward for my first order and I still have $1 left in rewards for a new rewards program they have. Between the protein and fruit smoothies, acai bowls, and toasts Im sure You'll find at least one thing you love.“
