“I ordered my wedding cake from Li's Bakeshop in December of 2023. It was for 60 people and was a two tier chocolate cake with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I was able to show the baker a picture of the design I was thinking about in the frosting and asked for a little bit of gold on it as well. The result was even better than me or my husband could've imagined! It was the absolute perfect, sweet ending to our amazing day!! All of our guests couldn't stop telling us it was the best cake they've ever had. We were able to save two slices and they're in the freezer awaiting our first anniversary. We've been long time customers and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to make our cake for us.“

“Outstanding food and service at this very cool rooftop eatery. Great for anytime of year and the food is some of the best of not the best you will ever have in Mystic. So, come enjoy and do not miss out! I had the mushroom tart, butternut squash soup, charcuterie platter, tuna nicoise and a delish blood orange drink. Everything was amazing!!“

“We used Vesta Bakery for our wedding cake and desserts table recently, and would highly recommend them! We got our small cutting cake, and then for our desserts table we did mini eclairs, mini cannoli, mini cupcakes, and assorted cookies. Everything was delicious and our guests loved it all. Thank you again!“

“Borough Bagel is a great spot for a fresh, satisfying breakfast or brunch. The bagels are chewy and flavorful — you can tell they’re made with care. The staff is friendly, and the place has a nice local vibe. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but that’s just a sign of how popular it is. Overall, a solid go-to for quality bagels!!“

“We have gotten bagels here many times, since they were just a little stand on the side of the road. BEST BAGELS AROUND. I grew up in a bagel shop and very little ever compared to my moms bagels but these finally do! Today I ordered a latte and a sandwich for the first time, both very good. But my favorite part of all was when i got home and knocked my coffee straight to the ground trying to open the door with my hands full... and somehow my coffee barely spilled out because the cap didn't come off! So they also somehow found the best cups too!“

“LOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! Mystic itself is beautiful but not complete without a stop at Sift.“
