“I made a reservation here on a Saturday for a date night with my wife and we had a great time. The atmosphere was cool. The service and food were all very good. (We had Cuban Sliders, Calamari and loaded plantain nachos). It was nice to have a unique restaurant experience for a change. It’s the type of place that everyone in the area should do at least once.“

Great teamwork behind the bar. The food Experience at the bar matched that of the dining room experience. The bar and restaurant was busy but Alex, Carlos and all of the staff hustled and the food was hot, tasted wonderful and of course left me wanting desert. If you have not visited this establishment, you are missing out. Everything from their service, their extensive drink menu, their delicious "tapas", their creative specials, their daily menu to their tray of deserts is an experience. This is our second visit here and we are absolutely in love with this restaurant. From its eclectic decor, super attentive staff to its fabulously fantastic tasting tapas and entrees....where do I truly begin. The owners ( Rob, is always stopping by to say hello and check in) are visible and make you feel welcomed, my waitress Alyssa was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. The pictures below do no justice to the flavors that pop as you are eating them. You can't wait to come back. Oh I almost forgot....the drinks....the best Sangrias!!!! Yes! “I used to love coming here pre pandemic! I brought my friend with me from out of town and we were having a GREAT night with the bartender Dustin (who literally was excellent), and at the end of the night it was just my friend, the owner, and I. The conversation was calm and civil and fun and suddenly out of NOWHERE the owner proceeded to verbally assault us, calling us expletives and making us feel unsafe and unwelcome. We decided it was no longer for us and stepped outside, at which point he FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE and alternated between apologizing and cursing at us and begging us to come back inside until we left. I’m glad we didn’t go back inside as his behavior was erratic and potentially dangerous, considering we were two women and he is a much larger man. We were afraid and felt safer walking home (in Hartford that says something) rather than staying put. I’m bummed because I used to like this place, but it’s come to my attention we are certainly not the only women with this experience. Please be careful y’all.“

“I attended a baby shower there and it was delicious and the the staff and the manager couldn't have been nicer . The garlic cheese bread was delicious and the sweet potato ravioli was second to none. The whole meal was 5 star worthy. Can't wait to go back !“

“We went here for my girlfriend birthday last night at 7PM and the food and service was great, but they did not promise to put a candle on her dessert.

When I made the reservation, I specifically said that the occasion was for her birthday and I also called a couple hours earlier on our reservation day to make a note to the server, but they failed to do so. I shouldn’t have to ask again when we were dining.

“We hosted my daughter’s first birthday party at Morava. From initial contact and choosing a menu through clean up on the day, every step of the process was smooth and stress free. It was a huge relief to know we found a space that could accommodate our group of about 20 people and also handle the food and most other supplies, rather than having to work with multiple different vendors. The food, as always, was delicious and the staff was helpful and attentive. “I’ve been coming here for a while and haven’t had a bad experience: The waitresses are always friendly and on top of their game. They are quick to make sure everything is good! The food is great! Chef has specials every week to change up the menu a bit so it’s nice to have something different than all the items on their regular menu.
