“This review is for maria, the manager and walter who is a maintenance man. I don't know where to begin. The service was excellent in both regards. The food was terrific. The time it took to get the food was excellent. Maria. The manager, who served us was as kind as can be. walter who is a maintenance man there? Takes great pride in what he does. Walter is a very, very rare person. Not many people that I've seen in the maintenance industry. Especially in fast foods take the pride that he does. He works hard, always willing to help in a matter of fact. When I went up there to put my tray away, he took it from me dumped the trash. He made sure I was safe because he was washing the floor and he did an unbelievable job. It was spotless, my father and I are both air force? The veterans? My dad a Korean war vet and myself in post Vietnam
We believe in doing things right? And we believe, in respect, both, we're given to us.And done.. This is one of the few times I couldn't wait to do the review. I hope somebody that directs maybe 3 or 4 McDonald's. One of the owners maybe read this and appreciates the work that both Maria and walter does. To recap this most McDonald's that I go to. There's either a long line and it takes forever. And you're lucky, if the food comes out in hot... or the service is subpar. If you go to the mcdonald's, then i'm referring to on new Britain avenue west harford across from the mall. You will never be happier. Definitely, make it a point to go there. Your food will be hot. You'll be greeted by nice people. And most of the time I imagine there's not gonna be long lines.“
“Love that this McDonald's has the kids gym to play and make new friends. An employee brought our food to our table so I didn't have to leave the kids unattended. No time limit. There is a shoe bin where your child will put their shoes while they play. Easy grandparenting for the win!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure.“
“There's always a really long line for the drive-thru but they're pretty quick getting the orders out. Make sure you go through the drive-thru and not inside because drive-thru always gets food first. Even if it looks like it's not busy inside.“
