McDonald's in Waterbury

“I entered the establishment with great haste as I eagerly anticipated my lemonade and double cheeseburger. Despite the fact that Waterbury is often the subject of unfair criticism, this particular McDonald’s far exceeds expectations and certainly deserves more than its current four-star rating.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with prompt and professional service. The staff demonstrated both efficiency and courtesy, ensuring that my order was prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner. My lemonade was refreshingly crisp, and the double cheeseburger was prepared to perfection—hot, flavorful, and assembled with remarkable attention to detail.
What impressed me most was the establishment’s commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, a quality that is too often overlooked in fast-food dining. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was exemplary, and the overall experience was unexpectedly refined for a quick meal.

“Normally I don't give reviews but honestly this one deserves it based on the treatment of the staff. I have a old phone so when I use the McDonald's app it sometimes freaks out I did a mobile order told me when it would be done and after my phone screen went black. When I went to pick it up they said they never recieved the order even checking my purchase history on the app did not show the transaction though my points I used in the order were still used up. The staff despite this trusted my word and still gave me my food without having to pay for it again. So in short this is the best McDonald's and gets a 5 star the Mobile app on the other hand does not on the account of the stress“

“MELINDA IN DRIVE THRU WAS AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, she made sure to greet me politely, re-read my order to me , asked me clarifying questions in order to make sure my order was correct and was very polite, friendly , and professional. Best customer service employee in drive thru ever!!! She was a treat, this McDonald’s location #1323 is lucky to have an employee like Melinda, she made my day“

“Great atmosphere for all food service and experience with resources the service I get is world-class just like I am on a flight upper middle of class..allways letting you know the McDonald's lights allways on for a beer day and night ..“

“I haven't been to McDonalds in a few yrs. I decided to get one of those collector cup meals. After 9pm. Long drive thru line, so I went inside. Only issue is the prices are high. Very nice young man waited on me. Extremely honest. When I overpaid he gave me back my money. Gladly go back again.“
