The service car was full, but it seems that the employees did not want to go out to deliver orders that they knew would delay the line. We were stuck between the cars for more than 20 minutes for 2 pumkin pies ?. By the way, they're delicious ?.
In my opinion (I've lived in this area my whole life) this would be one of the better choices in Waterbury with the other being the one on Reidville Drive. For some reason the drive thru at this location is always long but the actual wait isn't too bad. When any McDonald's is real busy they all have a drive thru that is ridiculous. This is a clean, friendly and overall decent McDonald's for what the franchise has become these days. Enjoy your overpriced repetitive boring McDonald's....read full review
