I have not ventured out much in the past 15 or so months and appreciate front line workers but was still taken aback to see how miserable the employees are. They were also annoyed when people pointed out there there were flies in the pastry display case. Stop being annoyed and get the flies and pastries out of there .
Service was excellent. Coffee turned out just the way I wanted them to make it. Barristas took the time to tell me about a lot of the other products and gifts they had displayed for the holiday season. They were also very personable and nice to talk to. It was a great experience at this location which I don't always see at other locations. They got an A+ from me.
