McDonald's in New Haven

“They had me in second line waiting for order but took 6 cars in other lane when I complained the young man at register said I should of walked in then I spoke to manager small Spanish man with curly long hair he said this isn’t my store (Ricardo) when I asked for my receipt he told me they don’t give any so how do I complain 🤷🏽‍♀️ I use to love coming here but the way they treat you there Is crazy if I could give no stars I would all for a sprite 🤦🏽‍♀️“

“Neighborhood not really as bad as has been posted. I go there at least three times a week. Never had a problem except for the people standing around waiting for a handout. Some of the unhoused can get pretty aggressive. I would rather feed the seagulls.“

🔹We order at the self order kiosk for ‘eat in’. Our food order was ready in minutes and even when an item was missing ( nuggets), the team was very understanding and got us the missing item

“It was pretty smooth running in a tough location. The food was hot and tasty, but, at this time, there were 5 loud and a bit rowdy teenagers, the staff walked by them several times, and said nothing, perhaps this was a decent strategy, as, it didn't give them the attention that they were definitely looking for, and it didn't escalate further. Their energy depleted, they left quietly... It was a good reminder of how loud and rowdy we were as kids ;) No real harm and no foul. The staff were very pleasant, but, I could tell, a bit tired. This was after the dinner rush at around 8 p.m., on a Friday.“

“The food was fine. This is a very busy location so you have to expect a wait. The problem here is customers. The racist remarks being said to the Spanish employees faces was insane, and all the young kids wearing full face masks like they were going to a bank robbery.“
