McDonald's in West Haven

“Bought just a sweet tea get to where I was going after a sip I realized it was unsweetened so you know I checked my receipt sometimes I speak low so I thought maybe thats what I said as I checked my receipt no it says sweet tea I was in Milford thought maybe I could correct this and no Milford McDonald's told me I had to go back to west Haven McDonald's just to exchange my sweet tea I drove back here to west Haven to get my sweet tea here I watched the young Lady cuff my cup and take it to the back she returned and said try it now smh because it's obvious now they ran out of sweet tea nonetheless I left with some kind of tea“

“this is the best McDonald's in the entire New Haven area, it gets busy sometimes since it's a college location but they always do their best. If you've been to any other McDonald's around here you would know this one is superior. Sarah holds it down and doesn't put up with the BS, perfect example of a firm and successful manager. Thank you for maintaining this business to a high standard.“
